The Magda Butrym Pre-Fall 2024 lookbook presents a high-contrast vision of modern tailoring and textile innovation. Shot by photographer Vitali Gelwich with art direction by Katarzyna Śledź, the campaign leans into the interaction between soft, organic draping and the sharp, structured edges of leather and architectural stone. Featuring models Tanya Churbanova and Camille Chifflot, the imagery explores a monochromatic and muted palette, punctuated by occasional vibrant red accents in the hosiery. The collection showcases an emphasis on tactile surfaces, ranging from intricate crochet lace and ruffled rosettes to smooth, polished leather and metallic hardware. Fashion editor and stylist Jacob K defines the silhouette through a mix of sheer ruched column gowns, oversized zip-up jackets, and sculptural accessories. The editorial production, set within expansive, classically-inspired marble interiors, utilizes a combination of directional flash and natural light to accentuate the depth of the garments. Beauty direction, led by hair stylist Claire Grech and makeup artist Min Kim, favours slicked-back styling and natural, minimalist makeup to maintain focus on the intricate craftsmanship of the clothing and jewellery.
