A Different Light

Description

Harrods showcases a curated selection of fine jewellery through the project A Different Light. Photographer Tobias Delcroix explores sculptural forms and high-contrast textures, using a minimalist studio aesthetic to focus on the intricate facets of emeralds and diamonds. Art directed by Phil Buckingham with fashion styling by Christophe Ruiz, the work features model Fatou Kebbeh in a series of portraits that lean into moody, monochrome, and clean editorial styles. The production integrates varied lighting techniques, including low-key chiaroscuro and long-exposure motion blur, to define the subject's silhouette and highlight specific jewellery pieces. The technical execution is supported by hair styling from Lauraine Bailey, makeup by Sarah Whiteside, and manicures by Trish Lomax. Producers Kim Reddish and Wendy Hinton, with representation by SevenSix, ensured a consistent visual narrative across this jewellery and fashion campaign.
