Family Style
Sense of place

May 2026
In the project Sense of place, Family Style explores the intersection of high-end interior design and intimate human connection, elevating the standard real estate platform aesthetic into something far more evocative. Through the lens of photographer Xavier Casanueva, the campaign moves beyond simple property documentation to prioritize atmosphere and tactile storytelling. The imagery leans into a sophisticated lifestyle approach, utilizing soft, natural light to breathe warmth into every frame. Whether it is the plush, deep magenta velvet of a contemporary sofa or the rhythmic, graphic impact of carefully curated wallpaper, each composition feels lived-in and intentional. By focusing on these high-contrast textures—juxtaposing curved furniture against geometric lattice patterns—the creative team successfully crafts a narrative centered on the comfort of a home environment. The project expertly utilizes a cinematic quality to transform static residential spaces into inviting vignettes that prioritize personal identity. These portraits and interior shots work in tandem to highlight a harmonious balance between minimalist architecture and bold, organic design choices. By emphasizing the interplay between form and fabric, Sense of place presents a compelling visual identity for modern real estate, ensuring that the properties resonate with potential residents on a deeply sensory level. It is a masterful exercise in editorial minimalism that captures not just the physical footprint of a space, but its unique character and potential for warmth.
