Dust Magazine China: WITCH‘S SECRET

WITCH'S SECRET is a fashion editorial series for Dust Magazine China, centered on avant-garde silhouettes and surrealist headwear. Captured by photographer Filip Koludrovic under the creative direction of Dou Qianlin, the project leans into a graphic aesthetic through high-contrast lighting and saturated color-blocking. The imagery alternates between stark studio environments and moody outdoor settings, emphasizing structural fashion through the styling of Nikita Vlassenko. Techniques including high-speed freeze photography and soft beauty lighting are employed to define the sculptural contours of the garments. The project features model Melany Rivero, with beauty looks designed by makeup artist Maria Olsson and hair styling by Dushan Petrovich, together creating a series that prioritizes clean, minimalist compositions and dramatic geometric shapes.
