DIOR Beauty: LOST IN THE MIRROR, produced for Dust Magazine China, presents a series of avant-garde beauty portraits that explore the intersection of cosmetics and experimental visual art. Curated by creative director Peter Philips and captured by photographer David Ferrua, the project leans into high-impact editorial techniques, utilizing graphic overlays, textured fabric veils, and mixed-media embellishments. The series features art direction by Dou Qianlin, with meticulous hair styling by Sebastien Bascle and manicures by Sylvie Vacca. Production was managed by Julien Pegourier, with casting directed by David Chen. Across the portraits, the imagery maintains a clean, minimalist studio aesthetic that emphasizes the technical precision of the makeup artistry and varied textures.
