Dust Magazine China presents the covers for Issue 2 of their Spring 2025 edition. The series features portraits of Liya Kebede and Irina Shayk, photographed by Emily Lipson and Suffo Moncloa under the creative direction of Dou Qianlin. This editorial project leans into a clean, refined aesthetic, utilizing vertical framing to highlight the subjects. The visual execution relies on high-contrast compositions and desaturated tones, balanced with select monochrome portraits captured on analogue film. The production involved a collaborative team including stylists Anita Szymczak and Kingsley Tao, hair styling by Sonny Molina and Yann Turchi, and makeup by Caroline Fenouil and Kiki Gifford. Further production support includes casting by David Chen and Monika Domarke, manicures by Yuko Tsuchihashi, and set design by Viola Vitali. The publication is produced under the leadership of Editor-in-Chief Wish Gui.
