Cartier Coeur des Pierres

May 2026
Cartier Coeur des Pierres serves as a masterclass in luxury portraiture, bridging the gap between high-fashion editorial aesthetics and commercial storytelling for the iconic jewellery house. Through the lens of photographer David Luraschi, the project captures an ensemble cast including Rami Malek, Tilda Swinton, Zoe Saldaña, and Leslie Bibb, each framed to highlight the intricate craftsmanship of the brand's most celebrated pieces. By utilizing natural light and a shallow depth of field, Luraschi achieves an editorial minimalism that allows the brilliance of emeralds, diamonds, and gold to take center stage against stark, architectural backdrops and soft-focus Mediterranean landscapes. The use of studio strobe techniques in select compositions provides a refined contrast to the organic, outdoor environments, grounding the project in a polished, professional finish. Whether it is the sharp, high-contrast framing of a classic portrait or the subtle textures of lace and knitwear designed to complement the weight of the jewellery, every element is meticulously balanced. This series does not merely showcase accessories; it channels a sophisticated, timeless narrative where the personality of the talent and the permanence of the stones converge seamlessly. By emphasizing crisp details and a serene, bright atmosphere, the campaign reinforces the house’s reputation for elegance, delivering a cohesive visual identity that feels both classic and distinctly contemporary in its execution.
