Burberry
Summer 2026 Ad Campaign

Feb 2026
For the Burberry Summer 2026 ad campaign, Creative Director Daniel Lee masterfully reinterprets the house’s heritage through a lens of tactile experimentation and graphic precision. The campaign, captured with a clinical, high-key studio aesthetic, centers on the interplay of complex textures and bold silhouettes. From intricate laser-cut suede coats and layered leather fringe to meticulous crochet motifs and vibrant plaid checks, the collection emphasizes a sensory engagement with luxury fashion. The imagery leans into editorial minimalism, utilizing a stark white backdrop that acts as a canvas to isolate and elevate the artisanal details—ranging from the sheen of metallic hardware to the subtle nap of suede ankle boots. A diverse cast of models, including Sora Choi and Ella Dalton, bring a grounded, kinetic energy to the frame, bridging the gap between polished commercial appeal and intimate character study. Techniques such as macro photography capture the finer points of rhinestone-studded nail art and snakeskin leather, while low-key chiaroscuro lighting in several portraits adds a layer of depth and dramatic intensity. This campaign serves as a sophisticated evolution of the brand identity, balancing the classic trench coat vernacular with futuristic accessories and unexpected color palettes, ensuring the visuals remain as sharp and deliberate as the garments themselves.
