The Balenciaga Pre-Fall 2025 lookbook leans into a raw, documentary-style aesthetic, capturing the collection within the industrial, vaulted halls of a showroom environment. Designed and photographed by Demna, the series prioritizes a behind-the-scenes atmosphere, featuring racks of garments and fitting boards that ground the editorial styling in a tangible, working reality. The imagery utilizes natural light to highlight contemporary proportions and oversized silhouettes. Through a clean and minimalist lens, the lookbook documents a vast array of textures—from heavy jersey and leather to structured tailoring—worn by a diverse cast of models including Abdou Diop, Akolde Meen, and Yuri Escudie. Casting direction by Franziska Bachofen Echt ensures a focused, street-inflected presentation that emphasizes sculptural shapes and monochromatic palettes.
