Founded in 1991 in Tokyo, Syn is a global collaboration involving Simon Le Bon, his wife Yasmin, and British composer Nick Wood, who has spent over 30 years building a network of talented musicians and composers. Nick Wood, born in Liverpool, is an Emmy-award winning composer known for his work on over 2,000 commercials and projects in film, TV, and video games. He has won numerous awards including the prestigious Promax BDA and Clio Awards. Syn studios operate globally, providing unique sound solutions for major brands, including work with Apple, Disney, and Fiat, while exploring what unique sound can mean for diverse media.
