Description

This striking vertical photograph by Bertram Knight captures the dramatic silhouette of a basketball player mid-air as he dunks the ball through a hoop. The action takes place outdoors against a glowing sunset sky and a distant horizon of the ocean. The warm, golden illumination outlines the athlete's athletic form and the metallic structure of the backboard pole. The composition emphasizes motion and contrast against the vibrant evening backdrop.
