About

This sports photography image by Coty Tarr captures a close-up vertical composition focused on a basketball hoop and net. A single hand reaches up to touch the bottom strands of a worn, frayed white cord net. The background shows the metal structure of the backboard and blurred outdoor elements under subdued, natural lighting. The color palette leans heavily into cool tones with muted grays and deep blues. The shot emphasizes texture in the rope and the athletic form of the hand.
