The film utilizes a minimalist set design featuring a centered beige toilet against a wall of glossy green tiles to illustrate the central message. Throughout the live-action sequence, colorful sticker labels appear on the toilet tank to identify specific items—including toothbrushes, false eyelashes, and sanitary products—that contribute to blockages. The piece concludes with a direct informational graphic reinforcing the campaign's call to action regarding proper waste disposal. Creative direction for the project was led by the team at McCann Leeds.
