Wien Energie explores the contrast between outdoor winter conditions and the comfort of domestic environments in the commercial project Maus. The narrative follows two children navigating a snowy, atmospheric night, transitioning from a cold street scene with cool blue tones to a warm, amber-lit interior. The project leans into a nostalgic aesthetic, utilizing live-action techniques to emphasize the sensory shift between the external environment and the warmth of a home. Creative direction for the campaign was provided by Demner, Merlicek & Bergmann Werbegesellschaft, with production handled by Cobblestone Filmproduktion GmbH and Creme Fraiche Films. Cobblestone Filmproduktion GmbH also oversaw the post-production and VFX.
