Energia efervescente for Vogue Portugal presents a vibrant, high-fashion editorial series captured by photographer Jamie Nelson. The project leans into a surreal and playful aesthetic, utilizing maximalist styling and conceptual prop design to craft a narrative defined by saturated colors and bold, provocative portraiture. With fashion styling by Shalev Lav’an, the series incorporates varied environments, ranging from manicured outdoor hedges to gold-tiled interiors, often utilizing sharp flash lighting to emphasize intricate textures. The visual storytelling is supported by hair styling from Kiki Heitkotter and makeup by Tami El Sombati, who balance retro-inspired beauty looks with intense, high-contrast finishes. Set design by Lucy Holt reinforces the conceptual nature of the shoot through exaggerated scales and whimsical accessories, while production and casting were led by Daniele Carettoni.
