Virgin Active’s Make Life Your Pleasure campaign highlights the diversity of the modern fitness experience through a series of commercial images. Photographed by Seiya Taguchi, the campaign juxtaposes intense indoor training environments with moments of recovery and relaxation. The imagery utilizes a range of lighting techniques, from dramatic neon and low-key chiaroscuro in the spin studio to soft, natural light during stretching sessions. This contrast creates a narrative that balances the high-energy demands of the gym with a focus on personal wellness. Featuring OOH applications on transit platforms alongside digital assets, the project maintains a clean, graphic aesthetic with prominent typographic overlays. The work captures a variety of perspectives, from intimate portraits of club members to bustling urban environments.
