Alice.D Magazine presents Issue 12: Boys Don’t Cry, a fashion editorial series that explores themes of classic tailoring and emotive portraiture. Through a collection of spreads, the project moves between rustic, distressed interiors and clean architectural settings, utilizing an analogue film aesthetic to emphasize texture and mood. Photographer Marcus Sabah leads the visual direction, capturing model Emmanuel Yebe across a range of environments—from ornate rooms featuring panelled walls to outdoor stone staircases. The work is defined by a consistent use of natural light and raw, earthy tones, complemented by hair styling from Mijo Majhen. The layouts transition between detailed, grain-heavy close-ups and dynamic, wide-angle spreads, grounding the collection in a deliberate, artistic perspective.
