DANIMAS is a high-contrast fashion editorial series that bridges the worlds of high-performance athletics and sartorial design. By pairing structured leather weightlifting gear and metallic gym hardware with minimalist, form-fitting silhouettes, the campaign explores a tension between physical power and refined styling. Photographer Amber Pinkerton captures the collection through a lens of stark, monochromatic minimalism and precise, hard-light portraiture. Fashion styling by Lola Chatterton integrates functional accessories—such as studded leather gloves and wide cinched belts—into a clean studio environment. The production leans into textured details, utilizing macro photography to highlight metallic links, chalk-dusted skin, and ornate hardware. Beauty direction by Mari Kuno and precise nail work by Sasha Goddard enhance the series’ polished aesthetic. The project’s visual identity remains anchored by bold typography and a neutral palette, emphasizing the sculpted musculature of the talent and the tactile craftsmanship of the garments.
