Sound
Brand Identity

Mar 2021
The brand identity project for Sound spans a broad spectrum of visual collateral, blending minimalist product photography with experimental graphic design. Executed by a collective including Redscout, Everything Will Be Fine, Plus Mûrs, Naranjo-Etxeberria, and ssnn, the project establishes a cohesive aesthetic language across consumer-facing assets and print ephemera. The work moves between clean studio product shots and natural light lifestyle imagery, featuring the beverage line against vibrant, high-contrast backgrounds. Technical execution leans into hard light for depth and soft shadows for editorial warmth, highlighting the retro-inspired wave patterns and serif typography that define the brand's graphic system. Beyond packaging, the identity incorporates tactile print work and monochromatic poster layouts. These pieces utilize experimental techniques like screen print-inspired effects and distorted imagery to anchor the visual system, providing a gritty, high-contrast counterpoint to the more polished commercial photography.
