Home as where we make it is a fashion editorial series for Rouge Fashionbook that explores community and identity through a collection of intimate character studies. Captured by photographer Vivek Vadoliya, the project leans into documentary-style portraiture, set against a backdrop of vibrant architectural details and sun-drenched streetscapes. The imagery employs warm natural light to accentuate the textures of traditional-inspired apparel and sculptural silhouettes. With fashion styling by Herin Choi and casting by Gabrielle Lawrence, the series moves between candid group shots and contemplative solo portraits, frequently utilizing analogue film techniques to build a cohesive, retro-inflected aesthetic.
