Roberto Cavalli
Fall 2023 Ad Campaign

Nov 2023
The Roberto Cavalli Fall 2023 Ad Campaign serves as a masterclass in blending the grit of rock-and-roll culture with the refined opulence characteristic of luxury fashion houses. Under the visionary eye of creative director Fausto Puglisi, the campaign leans into a sophisticated, edgy aesthetic that feels both raw and curated. Captured by photographer Vladimir Martí, the imagery utilizes studio strobe lighting to emphasize the rich textures of leopard-print slip dresses, distressed denim, and crocodile-embossed leather accessories. Fashion director Sissy Vian and stylist Anna Castan bring a sharp, cohesive energy to the narrative, placing model Anna Kirjuskina within a recording studio environment that transforms professional audio gear into unexpected set pieces. The interplay between the sleek, tiger-hardware handbags and the chaotic backdrop of guitar amplifiers and mixing consoles creates a compelling tension, defining the collection as distinctly rebellious. Incorporating live-action techniques and classic editorial portraiture, the campaign moves beyond traditional fashion photography to tell a rhythmic, visceral story. Whether highlighting the fluid movement of semi-sheer fabrics or the structural weight of platform heels, each composition feels intentional and meticulously balanced. This project successfully channels a high-fashion, rock-inspired ethos, delivering a visual identity that is as much about the lifestyle and attitude of the Cavalli wearer as it is about the exquisite garments themselves.
