LA VOILE is a fashion editorial series featured in Rain Magazine, centering on the sculptural silhouettes and avant-garde design of the featured garments. The series explores the intersection of high-contrast tailoring and soft, experimental draping, captured through an analogue film aesthetic that leans into moody, atmospheric lighting. The project features model Aluel Keror in a range of environments, from clean studio settings to textured, gritty architectural backdrops. With fashion styling by Maria Teresa Strippoli and editorial direction by Mark Benjamin, the imagery utilizes grainy textures and chiaroscuro techniques to emphasize the tactile quality of the textiles. The work maintains a consistent, artistic focus on form and volume, bridging minimalist compositions with elaborate, petal-adorned embellishments.
