Devenir Gris is a fashion editorial series commissioned for Rain Magazine, focusing on contemporary tailoring and layered textures. Captured by photographer Luigi Cianfarano, the project moves between minimal studio environments and urban settings to explore modern menswear silhouettes. The imagery leverages natural light to emphasize fabric detail, ranging from mauve-purple utility jackets to heavy knitwear and graphic-print shirting. Under the editorial direction of Mark Benjamin and with casting by Carlo Savoldi, the series features models Luca Nowakowski and Richard Grundins. The styling shifts between clean, sculptural lines and candid, intimate portraiture, utilising earthy tones and a mix of monochrome and warm color palettes to establish a cohesive visual language.
