Duality is a fashion editorial feature commissioned by Rain Magazine that explores the relationship between contrasting textures and urban environments. The project leans into a clean, editorial aesthetic, utilizing natural light to elevate the interplay between structured apparel and soft, ambient backgrounds. Photographer Oda Eide captures the collection through a mix of studio settings and gritty outdoor locations, frequently employing analogue film techniques to build a tactile, layered visual narrative. Hair styling by Masashi Konno provides a consistent, structural element that frames the subjects across the diverse looks, which range from metallic avant-garde pieces to soft knitwear. The result is a cohesive series defined by its focus on tactile surfaces and minimalist composition.
