The Analog Issue for Purple Magazine presents a fashion editorial series that leans into a minimalist aesthetic. Captured by photographer Patrick Bienert, the imagery explores form, texture, and human connection through a series of studio portraits and intimate gestures. Featuring models Paul Hameline and Anna Robinson, the project channels a retro and nostalgic mood. Styling by Joseph Ecorchard defines the visual direction, utilizing soft light and analogue film techniques to create desaturated, warm tones that emphasize the tactile quality of the wardrobe. With contributions from hair stylist Pierre Saint Sever and makeup artist Eny Whitehead, the work maintains a focus on clean, sculptural silhouettes. The editorial is rounded out by casting direction from Julia Lange and leadership from Editor-in-Chief Olivier Zahm.
