Purple Magazine presents A Tactile Manifesto, a fashion editorial project that examines the intersection of structure and textile. Shot by photographer Suffo Moncloa, the series features model Bodine Van Galen captured in a variety of tailored ensembles that lean into clean lines and complex fabric textures. The project incorporates styling by Shotaro Yamaguchi, who utilizes structured capes, double-breasted suits, and wide-brimmed headwear to define the silhouettes. Using an analogue film technique, the editorial leans into a monochrome aesthetic that emphasizes the material quality of the garments against both minimalist studio backdrops and architectural exteriors. Creative production was supported by casting director Emilie Åström, with hair by Pierre Saint Sever and makeup by Porsche Poon.
