Description
To Be Free is an editorial portrait series for Present Space featuring musician 070 Shake. The project leans into a minimalist aesthetic, utilising soft natural light and a clean studio environment to document the artist through a range of tailored and oversized silhouettes. The imagery emphasises textural contrast and sculptural volume, with creative direction by Juan Duque and Nima Habibzadeh. Photographed by Kwabena Sekyi Appiah-nti, the series incorporates both monochromatic and colour compositions, often employing analogue film techniques to capture a contemplative, direct tone. The production features styling by Britt Layton, hair by Hikaru, makeup by Lilly Pollan, set design by James Rene, and production by Wes Olson.
