Brand Identity

Mar 2021
Pollard Thomas Edwards commissioned a comprehensive brand identity system for their Wallis Road urban planning consultation. Designed by Nikos Georgópoulos, the visual language centres on a distinctive motif of horizontal blue and brown stripes, paired with clean typography to establish a consistent aesthetic across diverse physical touchpoints. The identity extends from print collateral, including consultation brochures and informational sheets featuring floor plans and architectural proposals, to large-scale environmental applications. These include wheatpaste posters applied to construction hoardings and custom signage fitted to transport hub barriers, effectively integrating the brand identity into the local urban environment. The project maintains a minimalist approach, utilising structured grids and high-contrast colour palettes to communicate complex planning details to the public.
