Overdue Magazine explores the concept of 'Myth' in its eighth issue, featuring an editorial cover story that plays with form and light. Photographed by Elina Kechicheva, the imagery employs high-contrast monochrome lighting to isolate the subject, model Alayna Neaum, against a dark, textured forest background. The creative direction, led by Natalie Yuksel, uses taut white fabric to create a sculptural, surreal silhouette that obscures the subject. With contributions from hair stylist Quentin Guyen and makeup artist Miki Matsunaga, the piece leans into editorial vertical framing to define its distinct aesthetic.
