Layered Antiquity is a fashion editorial for Overdue Magazine that draws on the interplay between architectural silhouettes and the organic complexity of a woodland setting. Through the lens of photographer Elina Kechicheva, the series features model Alayna Neaum wearing structured, sculptural garments that contrast with the shifting light and atmospheric haze of the forest environment. Creative and fashion direction by Natalie Yuksel establishes a consistent aesthetic that leans into natural light, utilizing sun-dappled textures and chiaroscuro lighting to define the form. The production emphasizes clean, monochromatic styling alongside earthy, moody undertones, capturing an ethereal presence within the dense foliage. Hair styling by Quentin Guyen and makeup by Miki Matsunaga round out the minimalist look, with casting directed by Maria Pablo Feliz.
