ODDA Magazine
The Debutants

Apr 2026
The Debutants for ODDA Magazine serves as a masterclass in modern luxury fashion editorial, blending avant-garde silhouettes with a grounded, urban sensibility. Under the vision of creative director David Martin and lens of photographer Mark Yareham, the project captures an array of evocative portraits that lean into minimalism and architectural precision. By juxtaposing high-fashion ensembles—ranging from voluminous feathered coats to structured shearling-collared pieces—against weathered city facades and industrial backdrops, the editorial creates a compelling tension between the static, poised subjects and the movement of everyday life. Stylist Simone Rutigliano plays with texture and contrast, integrating intricate details like lace veils, crystal-embellished masks, and bold, patterned knitwear to define a contemporary aesthetic that feels both surreal and grounded. The styling is elevated by the precise hair work of Carlo Avena, while casting director Theo Spencer brings a distinct, stoic presence to models such as Lara Spoth and Oden Delargy. Shot entirely under soft natural light, the series emphasizes the tactility of its fabrics and the clean lines of its tailoring. This project functions as a visual dialogue between luxury fashion houses and the raw, unadorned urban environment, resulting in a cohesive narrative that remains deeply cinematic while honoring the traditional techniques of high-end portraiture.
