Description

For its Fall 2026 ad campaign, luxury fashion house Kenzo leans into a sophisticated, residential aesthetic that blurs the lines between high-fashion storytelling and intimate, everyday domesticity. Under the creative direction of Nigo, the project channels a grounded, editorial lifestyle approach that feels both curated and effortlessly candid. Photographer and creative director Laura Jane Coulson captures a series of vignettes that celebrate the texture of the collection, moving away from high-gloss staging in favor of warm, minimalist indoor settings. The campaign relies heavily on natural light to highlight the intricate craftsmanship of the garments, from the vibrant, floor-length embroidered floral skirts to the structured plaid blazers and varsity jackets. With models Lukita Maxwell and Nico Hiraga at the center of these quiet, contemplative scenes, the imagery feels less like a traditional commercial and more like a series of private, poetic moments. Stylist Marq Rise works in concert with hair stylist Laurence Walker and makeup artist Anthony Preel to ensure the visuals maintain a consistent, earthy palette that feels tactile and authentic. By blending the artistic vision of Nigo with the restrained, clean framing typical of high-end portraiture, the collection emerges as a study in poise. This campaign serves as a masterclass in modern luxury fashion marketing, proving that true resonance often lies in the stillness of the everyday rather than the artifice of the studio.
