Instagram's Different Worlds campaign is a 3D animated series that highlights cultural landmarks across India through a vibrant, high-energy lens. Produced by the studio BIEN, the project utilizes stylized character design and fluid transitions to explore urban streetscapes and coastal regions. The creative direction, led by BIEN and William McVay, leans into a playful aesthetic punctuated by a saturated pink and purple color palette. The vertical format integrates the native Instagram Reels interface into the narrative, bridging the gap between animated storytelling and platform-specific social media design.
