Moved, an editorial fashion project for HERO Magazine, captures a series of dynamic portraits and studio captures featuring model Alex Schlab. The series focuses on precise, sculptural tailoring and high-contrast visuals, utilizing a blend of matte finishes and low-key / chiaroscuro lighting to define the textures of the menswear. Photographed by Samuel Stephenson, the work employs a mix of clean studio aesthetics and emotive monochrome techniques. Fashion editor and casting director Christopher Maul leads the styling, supported by hair styling from Hiroshi Matsushita. The imagery leans into a minimalist, analogue / film aesthetic, emphasizing deliberate movement and refined silhouettes against controlled backdrops.
