Double Feature for HERO Magazine is a sprawling menswear editorial that oscillates between the polished precision of the studio and the raw, candid energy of backstage life. Through a lens of high-contrast monochrome, the project examines the duality of modern tailoring, juxtaposing structured silhouettes and sharp formalwear against intimate, unscripted moments. Photographer and stylist Gino Gurrieri leads the visual execution, utilizing analogue film techniques and gritty chiaroscuro lighting to anchor the series in a timeless aesthetic. The editorial features models Nico Charlent, Victor Vuokko, and Zaquel Mendes, whose interactions provide a narrative thread that moves beyond simple portraiture. With grooming by makeup artist Danine Zwets and casting by Simon van Stigt, the collection emphasizes texture, form, and the tactile nature of contemporary menswear.
