HERO Magazine presents Jet Set, a fashion editorial series that leans into a layered, documentary-inspired aesthetic. Photographed by Jonas Unger, the project features a series of multi-panel layouts that function as travel-focused mood boards or scrapbooks. The imagery combines candid male portraits with urban architectural details and archival graphic elements. Fashion editing and styling by Michael Philouze anchor the editorial, which features models Duncan Yair, Ibra Niakate, and Julio Taeno. Makeup artist Sergio Alvarez complements the styling, using a varied palette to bridge the gap between intimate portraiture and raw, street-level captures. The series utilises a collage technique to integrate diverse print formats, screen print aesthetics, and tactile textures. Defined by a 1970s retro sensibility, the editorial employs analogue film techniques and grainy, high-contrast lighting. The result is a curated visual narrative that balances stylistic structure with a candid, gritty approach to fashion photography.
