Description
This public awareness campaign for Hampshire County Council titled Fostering Hampshire Children uses a minimalist animation style to communicate the experience of foster care. The narrative focuses on the relationship between a foster carer and a child, brought to life through playful pink line drawings. The project features simple, clean visuals that depict various shared activities, such as spending time outdoors and interacting with animals, to represent the new opportunities available within the fostering process.
