Black Is King, the visual project commissioned by Disney, merges cinematic live-action technique with 3D render and CGI elements to craft a vast, symbolic narrative. The sequence transitions from expansive cosmic imagery of planets and stars to intimate, earthbound settings, anchored by a series of ensemble portraits and slow motion compositions. Produced by Parkwood Entertainment and WORK USA, the project captures figures across varying landscapes, utilizing golden hour and warm light to establish a specific visual tone. The progression moves from ethereal atmospheric lighting to the distinct purple-hued twilight of a beachside conclusion.
