Yellow Flicker Beat is a fashion editorial feature for Dazed Magazine, captured by photographer Mark Peckmezian. The project captures the energy of nightlife through a series of dynamic, movement-focused compositions set against dimly lit, atmospheric venues. Featuring an ensemble cast including models Aluel Makuach, Annija Duma, Carol Levergger, and Solway Howie, the series explores candid interactions and expressive motion. With fashion direction by Imruh Asha, the styling highlights an eclectic mix of contemporary textures, from metallic gowns and fringe to knitwear and denim. The aesthetic utilizes low-key lighting and chiaroscuro techniques to build a cinematic mood, supported by hair styling from Naoki Komiya and makeup by Anne Sophie Costa. Casting was led by Holly Cullen, with choreography by Benjamin Jonsson to guide the ensemble through the project's action-oriented scenes.
