The Third Act is a conceptual fashion editorial for CAP 74024 that explores the intersection of movement and stillness. Captured by photographer Olivia Arthur and fashion editor Kaduri Elyashar, the project channels a surreal, atmospheric aesthetic through the use of low-key chiaroscuro lighting and layered multiple exposure techniques. The compositions feature models in structured, tailored outerwear—including belted trench coats, double-breasted blazers, and sculptural headwear—arranged in precise, choreographic formations against moody, dark studio backgrounds. The work moves between high-contrast monochrome sequences and warmth-infused, long-exposure studies. By utilizing experimental lighting and motion blur, the project constructs a series of painterly, ghostly silhouettes that highlight the architectural silhouettes of the garments. The project features a broad cast including Ayla Murray, Balat Pal, Cara Brown, Carol Levergger, Grace Sharp, Jamily Wernke Meurer, Lydia Reid, Nyaueth Riam, and Rona Andro, with casting directed by Shawn Dezan.
