Description

Bite Me! is a fashion editorial series for HERO Magazine that explores structural tailoring and theatrical silhouettes. Photographed by Davey Sutton, the project leans into a minimalist studio aesthetic, utilizing clean, solid-color backdrops and directional lighting to isolate and amplify the intricate details of the garments. The work features model Amedeo Mancini styled by Davey Sutton in a series of layered, period-inspired looks that blend avant-garde accessories with classic, sharp tailoring. Techniques such as chiaroscuro and analogue film influence the series, creating a desaturated and monochromatic visual language across the set. The imagery prioritizes textural contrast, from plush faux fur and intricate embroidery to crisp lace cuffs and heavy tweed. Supporting the production, hair stylist Brady Lea and makeup artist Terry Barber contribute to the refined, polished look, while casting by Remi Felipe grounds the portraits in a consistent, striking visual identity.
