Albion Magazine presents ALBION I, an editorial series featuring a collection of covers that explore form, texture, and character through a series of portrait and lifestyle compositions. The project leans into a raw, observational aesthetic, utilizing analogue film techniques to capture distinct subjects in settings ranging from diner interiors to sparse, natural landscapes. The imagery relies on a desaturated and monochrome color palette, often accented by graphic stickers and label overlays. With photography from Bryan Liston, Kiki Willems, Mitchell O'Neil, Patrick Bienert, and Will Scarborough, the collection emphasizes clean, editorial framing. Art direction by Andy Knappett, alongside styling by Andrew Sauceda, Gabrielle Marceca, and Katie Shaw, brings a curated cohesion to the print publication layout.
