Florence Moll is particularly passionate about supporting emerging artists and regularly collaborates with the esteemed Gobelins, l’école de l’image. Her influence extends beyond the agency; she serves on various panels for exhibitions, awards, and photographic design schools, contributing to the growth of the artistic community. In 2017, she co-founded "Les Filles de la Photo," the first professional organization for women in photography, and served as its co-president until January 2021. Additionally, she directed the inaugural Observatory of Mixity within the ecosystem of photography, a groundbreaking initiative supported by the French Ministry of Culture and Kering's "Women in Motion" program. Through these endeavors, Florence Moll exemplifies her belief that creative minds flourish when provided with the necessary support, mentorship, and care.
