Description

This striking macro editorial image for Atmos Magazine's MICRO / MACRO project features a vibrant blue damselfly delicately perched upon a translucent, highly iridescent petal. The insect exhibits an intense metallic blue coloration across its slender body and translucent, veined wings that catch multicolored light refractions. Below the subject, the sculptural, glass-like flower petals glow with prismatic pastel highlights against a dark, moody background. Captured with extreme macro clarity by photographer Elizaveta Porodina, the composition emphasizes intricate natural textures and luminous optical phenomena.
