McDonald's Raptors McNuggets 2023

Description

This commercial spot for McDonald's titled Raptors McNuggets features a tense exchange in a Toronto Raptors locker room setting. A black basketball player wearing a red team jersey stands holding a single chicken nugget dipped in red sauce, while opposite him stands a young man wearing a flashy red sequin blazer with a yellow turtleneck and a McDonald's logo emblazoned on the front. The lighting is moody and dramatic with saturated red and teal color grading casting long shadows across the locker room interior. The scene cuts between close-up product shots of golden chicken nuggets and wider narrative frames showing the two characters conversing.
