David Drebin, Photographer, Milan

Description

This striking photographic work by David Drebin, captured in Milan, presents a dramatic scene on a rooftop terrace against a cloudy, sunset-lit sky. A woman in a vibrant pink dress stands on a ledge, holding the strings of a large, multicolored cluster of balloons that float upwards. In the foreground to the left, a silhouetted photographer in a hat holds a camera, capturing the moment. The composition features sharp contrasts between the dark figures in the foreground and the luminous sky overhead, creating a cinematic narrative atmosphere.
