Vogue Scandinavia Pump Up The Volume 2025

About

Pump Up The Volume is a fashion editorial series for Vogue Scandinavia featuring model Annie Arnander. Photographed by Mariano Vivanco and styled by Julia Brenard, the project explores sculptural silhouettes and architectural garment forms through a combination of controlled studio environments and open-air locations. The work utilizes clean, vertical framing and monochrome palettes to emphasize volume and intricate textures. The editorial relies on deliberate lighting techniques, ranging from soft, even studio setups to high-contrast chiaroscuro and natural light, to highlight the avant-garde layered clothing. Hair styling by Neil Moodie and makeup by Joey Choy provide a polished finish to the curated looks, while the series maintains a consistent minimalist aesthetic throughout the various portraits.
