Born in Lima, Peru, Mariano Vivanco's artistic journey began at a young age, influenced by a life of exploration as his family traveled the globe. At just ten years old, he left Peru and eventually found a new home in New Zealand, where his passion for photography ignited. Drawing inspiration from iconic photographers like Edward Steichen and Horst P. Horst, Vivanco made a pivotal move to London in 2000, determined to carve out a career in fashion photography. Since then, Vivanco has established himself as one of the world’s foremost editorial photographers, capturing the essence of contemporary fashion for prestigious publications such as Vogue's international editions, Harper’s Bazaar, Vanity Fair, GQ, Dazed & Confused, Numéro, Ponystep, and Man About Town. His work not only showcases the latest trends but also reflects a unique artistic vision that continues to resonate within the fashion industry.
