Vogue Portugal's LIFE project is a series of high-fashion editorial portraits that explore avant-garde silhouettes and surreal conceptual storytelling. Captured by photographer Carlos Teixeira, the imagery channels a minimalist studio aesthetic, utilizing clean backgrounds to highlight the intricate textures of sculptural garments and elaborate styling. Fashion editor and stylist Pablo Patane collaborates with makeup artist Fausto Cavaleri to create a sequence of theatrical tableaux, featuring model Arina Besedina. The project leans into maximalist contrasts, shifting between stark monochrome palettes and vibrant, graphic compositions that incorporate unexpected motifs like plush toys and artisanal props. The result is a rigorous study in form, character, and experimental beauty.
