ART&FACTS is a fashion editorial series for Vogue Portugal that explores avant-garde beauty and sculptural silhouette through a minimalist lens. Captured by photographer Yulia Plakhotnikova, the series leans into a subdued, earthy palette and tactile materiality, using translucent plastic sheeting and raw concrete backgrounds to create a sense of grounded, industrial refinement. Throughout the project, soft natural lighting emphasizes the intricate textures of the garments—ranging from sheer mesh and shimmering sequins to layered knits. Makeup artist Anastasiia Babii complements this clean, contemporary aesthetic, focusing on precise details that highlight the sculptural posture of the models. The work consistently maintains a contemplative, distilled atmosphere across a variety of studio portraiture.
